What we collect
When you browse, we store the items and quantities in your cart, plus checkout and session identifiers needed to preserve your cart and safely recover a checkout attempt. When you place an order, we receive your name, email address, shipping address, optional phone number, selected items, payment and order status, and support correspondence.
Payment-card details are entered on Stripe-hosted Checkout. Motifation does not collect card details directly.
How we use information
We use information to process payment, fulfill and deliver orders, send transactional receipts, provide support, protect against fraud and security incidents, maintain legal and accounting records, and resolve disputes.
Storage and retention
We use essential local and session storage for cart and checkout-recovery functions. We do not use non-essential advertising or analytics cookies, so no cookie-consent banner is currently needed. We retain order information only as long as necessary for fulfillment, support, recordkeeping, disputes, security, and legal obligations.
Your privacy choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or ask a privacy question, by emailing contact@blockarkstudios.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where necessary to complete a transaction, protect against fraud, resolve a dispute, or meet legal obligations.
Children and changes
Motifation is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the request. We may update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change; the effective date and version above identify the current policy.
