Orders and fulfillment

Motifation offers original, made-to-order formalwear for delivery within the United States. Product availability is confirmed before checkout, but a product, option, price, or description may be corrected if an error is discovered before fulfillment. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Standard U.S. shipping is included, and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Each piece is made after payment. Once payment is confirmed, orders cannot be changed or cancelled except where required by law. Production and delivery timing can vary by product and destination.

Product imagery and A.I. mockups

Custom mockups labeled “Made with A.I.” are illustrative representations, not exact versions of the product. They are intended to portray the product’s general aura, palette, and theme, and may not reproduce the exact motif, pattern, design, placement, scale, or other visual details of the piece you receive. The product description, selected options, and production specifications govern the ordered item.

Returns and remedies

Contact us within 30 days of delivery if an item arrives defective, misprinted, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate remedy. Because each piece is made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns.

Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. By submitting an order, you authorize the stated charges and confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use it.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Motifation’s site, artwork, product imagery, text, and marks are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use them commercially without written permission. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.

Disclaimers, liability, and governing law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Motifation provides the site and products without warranties other than those that cannot be disclaimed. Motifation is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or products, except where law does not allow that limit.

These Terms are governed by New York law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
